Greetings all Runesingers!

Having received some very useful feedback I am pleased to announce an update to the rules to make them more accessible to read and understand, and hopefully make the game more playable!

Rules have been clarified with better examples given and there are new rules for gaining and spending experience to improve your Runesinger!
